Gryt 1.14.0-beta.8
BetaBeta: only friends can start a direct message with you, and pickers skip people who'd say no.
Chat
- Changed
New message and a group's Add people leave out anyone who wouldn't take a direct message from you, so you don't find out after picking them. It needs the server on 1.12.0-beta.4 or newer.
Settings & app
- Changed
Who can send you messages is Friends by default now, like calls. Until you have a friend on a server, anyone you've written to one-to-one there still counts. If you already picked something in Settings › Privacy, it stays.
That’s everything in this release. When something lands that’s worth explaining, there’s a post about it.
