Gryt 1.13.9

A server you host from the app checks uploads in a sandbox before anyone sees them, and the Microsoft Store version no longer offers a beta switch it can't use.

Security

On a server hosted from the app, new avatars, banners and chat pictures are decoded and written out fresh inside a locked-down window with no network or file access, and only that copy is served. Banner and avatar videos become short silent clips there too. Chat-video previews are made the same way, rather than with a video tool installed on your computer.

Fixed

In the Microsoft Store version, turning on beta releases restarted Gryt and did nothing. The Store keeps it up to date, so the switch is gone, and Settings says how to get betas instead.

That’s everything in this release. When something lands that’s worth explaining, there’s a post about it.
