A message you send while the server restarts now waits and goes out once it's back, instead of sitting grey until you reload.

Messages sent while a server was restarting, or cut off on the way, stayed grey until you reloaded, and some never arrived. They show as waiting for the server now, then go out once it's back, in order and only once. This covers channels, DMs and threads. It gives up after five minutes and hands the text back.
